Project (1) New Day Behavioral Health Systems International Inc
New Day Behavioral Health Systems International Inc, a Texas based Delaware corporation located in the Dallas Metroplex, was formed in 2019 and has plans in place to be a provider for veterans with either or both mental and physical disadvantages. The company was formed by Ed and Ruby Shields and is the basis of this new development project. The Shields have been working with mentally and physically impaired people for over 30 years and are extremely experienced and educated in this arena. They have been operating their own facilities for over 10 years and understand the particulars required to work with local, state and federal agencies who help provide funds to NDBHS for the handling and treatment of the challenged individuals. Project (2) Hope Medical Center for Veterans
Hope Health Medical Center is a full-service Health Center and Outpatient Clinics founded by Jerry W Roy President/CEO. Mr. Roy is working to fund a series of 500 room multi facility Veterans Health supportive medical communities throughout the United States. The concept will be a one-of-a-kind State of the art complex for Veterans needing much needed health care or the displaced to be able to be treated, without fear of Long Lines to get treatment or a place to stay while working to get back on their feet. The project comes in response to the overwhelming Lack of VA Care for our Veterans and for the Veterans that has lost their home to foreclosure or Veterans returning home from war with no home to come home to and winding up living on the street. The health Center will be their beacon of Hope providing a safe place to stay until long term housing can be arranged. Shelter overcrowding continues to be a serious issue across America, and across the Globe, this project aims to create a solution to a profoundly serious local, National, and international problem with room for expansion potential. Project (3) American Healthcare Institute Medical Management Systems Inc
American Healthcare Institute Medical Management Systems Inc. (AHIMMS) is committed to modernizing and integrating the current and existing healthcare operations of today into a systematic and patient cantered system for tomorrow TODAY! AHIMMS becomes the funding source to incubate UMR Holdings International technologies, products, and services. This will be executed by having UMR Holdings utilize their technology and acquiring the necessary infrastructure to roll out the technology to promote this patient centric system. Setting up the infrastructure will allow the healthcare provider(s) immediate access to review the patients past medical conditions in a unique format that can be reviewed by any healthcare professional in a comprehensive fashion in less than 30 seconds worldwide. This capability allows immediate attention to the patient without the laborious task of repeated triage with multiple nurses and/or staff, and reducing the liability of duplication, delay in diagnosis, wrongful death, miscommunication of information, etc. 30 Data Banks worldwide.
Project (4) WASTE MANAGEMENT PROJECT
MIKULOVAC is a private estate owned by Mr. and Mrs. Mikulicz. It is adjacent to the regional city center of Slivinski Brodd, Croatia. It comprises of 10 hectares of industrial land and 64 hectares of picturesque sight of forest, meadows, and arable land together with ready-made infrastructure. Within optimal range of 40 km within this region a municipal and industrial waste is collected in the amount of 100,000 tons per year while the biomass which is grown in this region and currently wasted exceeds several times this amount. The designed Plant is capable of consuming 100,000 tons of waste per annum and the production can be increased by simple addition of new modular. The Plant can operate just as well on the biomass as on the municipal & industrial waste. It is equally productive in producing biodiesel or the biogas. The products can be sold on the open market or in the production of the electricity. The Average conservative fuel production per ton is around 300 liters of high-quality Premium diesel for sale + 200 liters of lower quality diesel (or gas) for running the Plant, generate electricity and for sale. The Government guaranteed price is 0.60 Euro per liter for diesel fuel. The expected Revenue from fuel and carbon credit sale is about 25 million Euros per year while the operating cost of the Plant is less than 5 million Euros per year. The Profit Tax is 25% but a moratorium to pay tax for this investment is ten years.
